If you think you might like to use my services you can either phone me, for an informal chat about your requirements or email me and i will get back to you as soon as possible. If you then decide to go ahead with the booking I will arrange a mutually convenient time to call round and meet you and your pet/s at your home. This consultation is completely free. It will give you a chance to meet me and I will be able to discuss your pets needs in detail with you.

There is a little paperwork to complete which is all structured to allow me to give your animals the best possible care, but i will run through this with you at the time.

At the end of the consultation if you are happy to go ahead I will need a set of keys, (ideally both front and back doors), alarm instructions and either a deposit for any booking made at the time or full payment if you require my services to start promptly. All keys are locked away securely with a reference number, never an address - so your home security is absolutely assured.
